Media has a great responsibility to shape culture and and influence the character of a people. Media has evolved over time and now exists in a myriad of forms – digital, print, above the line and others. It can be accessed over a number of platforms and its reach is global. It is now time for Africa to take responsibility of its global narrative- to shape and tell its own story. The media content should be re-aligned to adapt and position itself to deliver on the goals for the future of Africa. Inspiring content that drives a culture shift for growth, good governance, gender balance, inclusivity, strong values, diversity, innovation & creativity, enterprise development and many other aspects that are critical for a healthy and prosperous nation
