The Social Structures, Value Systems, Virtues and Ideals of African families have undergone great challenges that have weakened the backbone of our communities. In order for a nation to achieve sustainable development that transcends generations to come, it is important to restore the foundations and strength of the family unit. This is the central Pillar because we believe that family is the Anchor of the nation’s posterity.
WHY PURPLE?
Purple depicts Royalty, nobility, pride, confidence and Independence. All these are virtues that need to be nurtured, developed and reactivated in the people of Africa. TWOW seeks to work with Champions across various spheres of influence to restore the pride and dignity of the people of Africa. Eradication of Poverty and a strong value system coupled with clarity about our dignity will deliver patriotism and appreciation of who we are as Africans. The passion to defend our continent and its resources will become inevitable.
OBJECTIVES OF THE PILLAR:
The Objective of this pillar is to develop a strong social fabric for Africa, restoring the identity of the people of Africa and re-establishing the value system of the continent.
GOALS OF THE PILLAR:
To implement initiatives and programs that strengthen the social fabric of Africa. To work with community/ industry champions and gatekeepers to develop the potential of the continent and its people and ensure that this is protected and passed on to the next generations.
